Har blivit mycket jobbigare att somna om kv\u00e4llarna f\u00f6r att jag ligger med telefonen i handen i flera timmar. Och alla popup rutor med uppdateringar\u2026 jag blir stressad. Speciellt nu n\u00e4r hj\u00e4rnan inte riktigt h\u00e4nger med och jag \u00e4r allm\u00e4nt gravid tr\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">S\u00e5 nu har jag gjort en grej\u2026 jag har plockat v\u00e4ck alla sociala medier appar fr\u00e5n min telefon. Jag ska s\u00e5 klart inte sluta anv\u00e4nda de men jag ska begr\u00e4nsa det till datorn. D\u00e5 blir det nog ist\u00e4llet att man g\u00e5r in n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng om dagen via datorn, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r 29867 ggr genom mobilen\u2026 och d\u00e5 kan jag inte ligga och pilla hela natten p\u00e5 telefonen heller.
