Stek tills de &auml;r genomstekta. L&auml;gg sedan i champinjonerna. Blanda i gr&auml;dde och soja. L&aring;t det sm&aring;kloka i ca 10 minuter till s&aring;sen tjocknar. Tills&auml;tt turkisk yoghurt f&ouml;r att f&aring; s&aring;sen tjockare. Krydda med salt och peppar efter behag.
