Hoppas er torsdag varit bra. Jag har haft en mysig eftermiddag sen jag kom hem. Druckit lite r&ouml;dvin och t&auml;nt massa ljus. Nu h&aring;ller jag p&aring; att laga kv&auml;llens LCHF middag som best&aring;r utav k&ouml;ttf&auml;rsfyllda paprikor som gratineras i ugnen. Det &auml;r super enkelt och j&auml;tte gott! Du g&ouml;r bara din egen k&ouml;ttf&auml;rs&aring;s..helst med gr&auml;dde i f&ouml;r att f&aring; i sig fettet. Sedan sk&auml;r man bara paprikorna i halvor..l&auml;gger i k&ouml;ttf&auml;rs&aring;sen och str&ouml;r massa massa riven ost &ouml;ver. Gratinera i ugnen ca:25-30 min p&aring; 225 g. En riktig festm&aring;ltid som &auml;ven passar till vardags! l&auml;tt,billigt och GOTT! sambon &auml;r p&aring;v&auml;g hem just nu och sen ska vi avnjuta.
