Alla vet ju hur nyttigt det &auml;r med gr&ouml;nsaker, meeen bacon! det &auml;r &auml;nnu nyttigare, och n&auml;stan &auml;nnu godare. &Auml;lskar stekt bacon i rikligt med sm&ouml;r. Mmm! P&aring; LCHF &auml;r det ju viktigt att f&aring; i sig mkt fett. Gr&auml;dde &auml;r ox&aring; j&auml;tte gott och bra!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>v&aring;rat kylsk&aring;p &auml;r alltid v&auml;lfyllt med gr&ouml;nsaker eftersom att det &auml;r det enda vi &auml;ter till v&aring;rat protein. Ikv&auml;ll ska vi &auml;ta korvstroganoff med en god gr&ouml;nsallad. Vi har en korv med h&ouml;g k&ouml;tthalt d&aring; &auml;r det okej att &auml;ta korv. I stroganoffen har vi massor med gr&auml;dde och krossade tomater.
