Det \u00e4r dock en s\u00e5n d\u00e4r r\u00e4tt som aldrig \u00e4tits p\u00e5 hemmaplan. Min familj har aldrig lagat det och jag hade inte ens smakat innan jag b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 detta jobb. Men det verkade s\u00e5 pass enkelt s\u00e5 jag blev tvungen att prova. Och resultatet? Fint som snus. <\/p>\n<p>3 dl risottoris (g\u00f6r tillagningen enklare)<br \/>\nCa 2 msk kantarellfond<br \/>\n10 st champinjoner<br \/>\n1\/3 purjol\u00f6k<br \/>\n1 gul l\u00f6k<br \/>\n3 vitl\u00f6kar<br \/>\n1\/2 pkt kidneyb\u00f6nor<br \/>\nN\u00e5gra skivor smakrik ost<br \/>\nPeppar timjan<br \/>\nCa 1 L vatten<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att hacka och stek all l\u00f6k. N\u00e4r det b\u00f6rjat mjukna lite s\u00e5 sl\u00e4ng i champinjonerna. N\u00e4r de f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg s\u00e5 h\u00e4ll i riset och lite v\u00e4tska. L\u00e5t koka bort. I med kidneyb\u00f6norna. H\u00e4ll sedan p\u00e5 lite vatten+fond varje g\u00e5ng det b\u00f6rjar bli lite torrt i pannan, s\u00e5 att det f\u00e5r koka ihop sig ordentligt. Riset ska koka i ca 20 min.
