{"id":9,"date":"2015-03-20T20:07:31","date_gmt":"2015-03-20T19:07:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/moasvego\/?p=9"},"modified":"2015-03-20T20:07:31","modified_gmt":"2015-03-20T19:07:31","slug":"hurrycurry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/moasvego\/2015\/03\/20\/hurrycurry\/","title":{"rendered":"Hurrycurry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Idag blev det en h\u00e4rlig kokosgryta med smaksatt ris, kik\u00e4rtor och linsr\u00f6ra!<\/p>\n<p>Gryta:<\/p>\n<p>ca en burk kokosmj\u00f6lk + lite vanlig mj\u00f6lk f\u00f6r att sp\u00e4 ut med ( beror ju p\u00e5 hur s\u00e5sigt man vill ha, h\u00e4r hemma g\u00f6r vi g\u00e4rna en sj\u00f6 d\u00e5 vi tycker s\u00e5sen \u00e4r godast)<\/p>\n<p>1 p\u00e5se f\u00e4rdiga wok gr\u00f6nsaker (finns i frysdisken)<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>banan<a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/moasvego\/files\/2015\/03\/IMG_3116-e1426878194577.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>krossade tomater<\/p>\n<p>sweetchilis\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p>r\u00f6d currypasta salt peppar curry korriander<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att steka r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken en stund. Ha sedan i alla kryddor och krossade tomater. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 n\u00e5gra minuter och ha sedan i wokgr\u00f6nsakerna (pluspo\u00e4ng om man har orkat mikra dem f\u00f6re). H\u00e4llde ut p\u00e5 sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4dan och mosade, blandade med lite olja och lite goa kryddor.
