Sjukt, vem ska jag v&auml;nda mig till? Kommunen &auml;r stor! Har n&aring;gon h&auml;r efarenhet hur man g&aring;r tillv&auml;ga? F&ouml;r jag f&aring;r inte utbildningen f&ouml;rr&auml;n man ans&ouml;ker hos sin kommun juh. Jag vill verkligen detta.
