Tror det var intervallerna ig\u00e5r som fick ig\u00e5ng motivationen igen \ud83d\ude42 Tror att vi acceptera svackor ibland, bara man kommer igen!<br \/>\nF\u00f6r ett par \u00e5r sen tr\u00e4nade jag stenh\u00e5rt, tv\u00e5 timmar om dan varje dag&#8230; Vid ett tillf\u00e4lle hade jag tr\u00e4nat tio dar i str\u00e4ck flera timmar varje g\u00e5ng (nu tr\u00e4nar jag inte alls p\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet, hellre korta men intensiva pass), den elfte dagen p\u00e5 gymmet v\u00e4grade kroppen jobba. Musten gick ur mig totalt. Trodde jag hade blivit sjuk, men n\u00e5gra dagar senare visade det sig att jag var gravid. Vi m\u00e5ste lyssna p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra kroppar! \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n<p>\u00c4lskar benpress maskinen! Tog d\u00f6d p\u00e5 mina ben idag! Love it!
