Jag vill kunna k\u00e4nna mig bekv\u00e4m i en bikini till sommaren! Jag vill k\u00e4nna mig stark, pigg och glad! Sj\u00e4l och kropp h\u00f6r ihop vilket jag m\u00e4rker v\u00e4ldigt tydligt. Tr\u00e4ningssvackor g\u00f6r mig deppig!<\/p>\n<p>Idag har jag k\u00f6rt ett kort men intesivt styrkepass p\u00e5 gymmet. Rumpa och ben.
