M\u00e5ste dessutom hitta fler\u00a0\u00f6vningar d\u00e4r man inte bara punkttr\u00e4nar utan f\u00e5r med fler muskelgrupper p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5terigen, v\u00e5ren var \u00e4r du???
