Men nu har jag k\u00e4kat frukost och packat gymv\u00e4skan. Idag t\u00e4nker jag k\u00f6ra h\u00f6gpulstr\u00e4ning, dvs blanda kondition med styrketr\u00e4ning. But now I have eaten breakfast and packed the gymbag. Today I will do high pulse exercise, that&#8217;s mixing cardio with weight training.
