Sammanlagt har jag g&aring;tt ned 2,4 kg s&aring; jag &auml;r j&auml;tten&ouml;jd! Bara fors&auml;tta s&aring; kommer inv&auml;gningen g&aring; super, detta &auml;r ocks&aring; lite pepp till er andra som &auml;r med i t&auml;vlingen. K&auml;mpa p&aring;, ni kan om ni vill. Det &auml;r bara oss sj&auml;lva som kan s&auml;tta stopp f&ouml;r viktnedg&aring;nen s&aring; nu ska vi klara det h&auml;r. Vi alla ska bli smala!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Veckans utmaning &auml;r att g&ouml;ra 1000 situps och en timmes promenad.
