Ena dagen sv&auml;lta mig sj&auml;lv, andra dagen hets&auml;ta. Det fungerar inte i l&auml;ngden, jag m&aring;r bara d&aring;ligt av det. S&aring; nu ska jag ist&auml;llet b&ouml;rja &auml;ta lite mer, men sluta &auml;ta godis och liknande.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Imorgon ser mitt matschema ut s&aring; h&auml;r:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Frukost: l&auml;ttyoghurt &#8211; 80 kcal<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Lunch: l&auml;ttyoghurt &#8211; 80 kcal<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Middag: sallad &#8211; 250 kcal<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Kv&auml;llsm&aring;l: kn&auml;ckemacka med keso &#8211; 80 kcal<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Totalt 490 kcal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><em>M&aring;r egentligen inte bra av att se hur mycket kalorier det &auml;r&#8230; men jag ska verkligen f&ouml;rs&ouml;ka f&aring; i mig det d&auml;r. Dags att shapa up inf&ouml;r massa saker som sker i april, maj och juni &#8211; fan dags att bli smal p&aring; riktigt! G&ouml;r snart ett nytt inl&auml;gg om hur jag ska g&ouml;ra f&ouml;r att g&aring; ned i vikt samt hur och vad jag ska &auml;ta och tr&auml;na mm.
