F&ouml;r mig g&ouml;r det inte s&aring; mycket alls&#8230; innan jag &aring;r ett kokt &auml;gg och efterr&auml;tt p&aring; kv&auml;llen s&aring; v&auml;gde jag mig. D&aring; stod v&aring;gen p&aring; -5,5 kg sedan jag startade viktnedg&aring;ngen. K&auml;nns bra! S&aring; p&aring; s&ouml;ndag f&ouml;rv&auml;ntar jag mig att ha g&aring;tt ned 7,5-8,5 kg totalt!
