Det inneb&auml;r inte att jag ska &auml;ta 300 kcal per dag, utan &auml;ta 5 m&aring;l mat per dag och f&ouml;rs&ouml;ka s&aring; gott jag kan komma upp i lite h&ouml;gre siffror. Kanske runt 700-800 kcal per dag. Givetvis med tr&auml;ning som kompensation f&ouml;r att jag &auml;ter mer! Jag m&aring;ste ju kunna f&ouml;lja detta, fast jag vet att jag inte kommer att &auml;ta frukost eller lunch, det g&ouml;r jag aldrig ju. Men jag ska i alla fall f&ouml;rs&ouml;ka!<\/p>\n<p>07.15 l&auml;ttyoghurt &#8211; 60 kcal<br \/>12.00 ett &auml;pple &#8211; 50 kcal<br \/>15.00 l&auml;ttyoghurt &#8211; 80 kcal<br \/>18.00 sallad eller liknande &#8211; 250 kcal<br \/>21.00 l&auml;ttyoghurt med hallon &#8211; 120 kcal<\/p>\n<p>&Ouml;hm&#8230; f&ouml;r h&auml;r kom jag ju verkligen upp till 800 kalorier&#8230; men det &auml;r ju bra att b&ouml;rja n&aring;gonstans, och jag v&auml;ljer att b&ouml;rja med att &auml;ta regelbundna m&aring;ltider. Ska inte heller v&auml;ga mig f&ouml;rr&auml;n p&aring; s&ouml;ndag morgon, blir kul att se vad v&aring;gen st&aring;r p&aring; d&aring;.
