Vi kommer g&aring; ute hela dagarna och jag kommer vara upptagen med en massa shopping. Sedan t&auml;nkte jag att jag &auml;ven kan ta med mig ett par p&aring;sar naturdiet. S&aring;dana skulle jag l&auml;tt kunna ha med mig och bara blanda ihop som lunch n&auml;r vi &auml;r ute p&aring; dagarna. D&aring; vet jag exakt hur mycket kalorier jag f&aring;r i mig, som frukost &auml;r det ju &auml;ven bra. Till middag kommer jag satsa p&aring; sallad, endast. Yummie!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hihi fan! Det blev ju inga 800 kalorier h&auml;r inte, m&aring;r fan inte bra av att skriva att jag ska &auml;ta s&aring; mycket. Jag klarar mig l&auml;tt p&aring; 500 ju&#8230; S&aring; vi s&auml;ger s&aring; h&auml;r, jag f&aring;r &auml;ta max 500 kcal per dag.
