Och n&auml;r jag nyss v&auml;gde mig har jag g&aring;tt upp exakt 2 kg sedan f&ouml;rra s&ouml;ndagen. Men det g&ouml;r inte s&aring; mycket, t&auml;nker inte &auml;ta n&aring;got mer idag f&ouml;rr&auml;n vid sju. D&aring; blir det tomatsoppa f&ouml;r 180 kcal. Vi ska egentligen &auml;ta lax men jag ska be om att f&aring; &auml;ta lite soppa ist&auml;llet medan jag tittar p&aring; Hellcats hihi. S&aring; jag kommer f&ouml;rmodligen v&auml;ga mindre ikv&auml;ll &auml;n vad jag gjorde nyss. K&auml;nns superbra! &Auml;r inte heller ett dugg hungrig! Detta blir lite av en halvt sv&auml;ltdag&#8230; men det &auml;r nice! Ser fram emot att v&auml;ga mig ikv&auml;ll och hoppas d&aring; g&auml;rna p&aring; att jag g&aring;tt ned 0,6 kg sedan v&auml;gningen nyss. Kanske inte blir s&aring; mycket men man kan ju alltid hoppas.
