Inte trodde jag det var s&aring; mycket. Fast om jag skulle g&aring; ner 28 kg s&aring; skulle jag ju v&auml;ga typ 40 kg nu haha&#8230; det gjorde mig i alla fall J&Auml;VLIGT motiverad, kan hon s&aring; kan jag. Och jag ska lyckas!<\/p>\n<p>Det b&auml;sta man kan &auml;ta borde ju &auml;nd&aring; vara tomat och andra gr&ouml;nsaker som man har i ugn, kalorisn&aring;lt och gott. Eller bara sitta och &auml;ta gurka eller tomat t ex. Ska fan g&aring; ner dessa j&auml;vla fucking kilon nu! Vill g&aring; ner ca 15 kg till s&aring; att jag v&auml;ger 55 typ. Yummie. Vill bli s&aring; smal som jag var f&ouml;rut! Dags att s&auml;tta ig&aring;ng f&ouml;r just nu k&auml;nner jag mig s&aring; j&auml;vla fet. Bl&auml;&auml;&auml;. Ska bli skitsmal!<\/p>\n<p>Frulle: nada grande (&ouml;verskattat)<br \/>Lunch: lite vatten\/raml&ouml;sa g&aring;r v&auml;l an&#8230;<br \/>Mellanm&aring;l: ja typ lite l&auml;ttyoghurt, ca 60 kcal<br \/>Middag: sallad eller n&aring;t f&ouml;r max 150 kcal<br \/>Kv&auml;llsm&aring;l: kanske lite l&auml;ttyoghurt eller n&aring;t f&ouml;r h&ouml;gst 100 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Hihii om jag f&aring;r i mig ca 500 kcal per dag borde det g&aring; j&auml;vligt bra!
