Imorgon &auml;r det en ny vecka och jag &auml;r lika peppad och taggad som vanligt att g&ouml;ra bra ifr&aring;n mig. S&aring; h&auml;r kommer intagen jag kommer att g&ouml;ra imorgon&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Frukost: l&auml;ttyoghurt &#8211; 80 kcal<br \/>Lunch: tomatsoppa &#8211; 180 kcal<br \/>Middag: nyponsoppa &#8211; 165 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Totalt intag: 425 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Det l&aring;ter j&auml;ttemycket&#8230; men vafan det &auml;r det inte med tanke p&aring; att man borde &auml;ta minst 1000 kcal per dag, eller ja egentligen 2000. Fan vad &auml;ckligt det l&aring;ter att f&aring; i sig 2000 kalorier, usch&#8230; Tanken &auml;r i alla fall att jag ska &auml;ta frukosten vid 12-tiden, lunch vid 16-tiden och middag vid 19-tiden. Tr&auml;ningen imorgon blir dans i en och en halvtimme. Men jag ska &auml;ven fixa i ordning utmaningar f&ouml;r mig sj&auml;lv denna vecka \ud83d\ude42 Kommer i ett nytt inl&auml;gg om ett tag!
