Sk\u00f6nt, beh\u00f6vdes nog! \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n<p>G\u00e5rdagens ben&amp;magpass blev bra! Tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken b\u00f6rjar smyga sig fram\u00e5t nu p\u00e5 eftermiddagen k\u00e4nner jah! \ud83d\ude42 sk\u00f6nt! <\/p>\n<p><em>Idag s\u00e5 vare br\u00f6st&amp;triceps \u00e5 sida mage som stod p\u00e5 tur! Vi k\u00f6tta p\u00e5 bra, triccarna fick va dom t\u00e5lde kan man s\u00e4ga iaf! \ud83d\ude09 ca 75min blev de iaf! <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Efter de s\u00e5 k\u00f6tta jag p\u00e5 med ett h\u00e4rligt n\u00e5 f\u00f6rj\u00e4vligt svettigt konditionspass! Starta med 15min intervaller+15min l\u00f6pning, 10min rodd \u00e5 avsluta allt med 20min cykling!
