S\u00e5 ni \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna att f\u00f6lja mig i min kamp genom tr\u00e4ningen, kanske man kan till och med inspirera andra att haka p\u00e5 eller b\u00f6rja tr\u00e4na mer! =)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Har precis kommit hem fr\u00e5n en 3 veckor l\u00e5ng semester, vilket har resulterat i ca 3 extra kilon som ploppat upp, s\u00e5 nu \u00e4re bara att b\u00f6rja om fr\u00e5n ruta 1 och f\u00f6rst \u00e5 fr\u00e4mst f\u00e5 bort dem men \u00e4ven lite till d\u00e4refter!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">S\u00e5 dagens tr\u00e4ning har sett ut p\u00e5 detta vis:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>\u00a040min Promme<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a045min Styrketr\u00e4ning (tunga axlar+l\u00e4tta ben) + 15 min cardio (10min rodd, 5min crosstrainer)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a060min Promme<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Har l\u00e4nge funderat p\u00e5 om det \u00e4r dax \u00e5 blogga lite igen och vad jag isf ska blogga om?!Men nu k\u00e4nner jag att jag kommer att skriva h\u00e4r om min tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r det mesta, lite kost och annat sm\u00e5tt och gott!
