Promise!!! What is a fucking promise? Why do we humans fucking promise some shit that we going to break it anyway? This is a massage to you all fuckfaces and all the people who fucking know me, am sick and tired of fucking promises that are not going to happen anyway and you don’t fucking deliver.
Am not an angry person in nature, but when am angry then there is a volcano bursting inside of me with rage and fucking anger, my anger usually diminish to nothing after a short while, I may be the angriest person on the planet when am angry but then that goes away in just 5 minutes, and then I cool down and forget about the matter.
My anger is controlled, I don’t curse I don’t call people names and I don’t go around looking for a fight or breaking stuff. I still don’t fucking get it, why still until this fucking day people promise me shit and they don’t deliver, fuck you all, really fuck you all who promise me shit and you don’t fucking deliver it, next fucking time think fucking 3 or 4 or fucking 5 times before you promise some shit, or I will give you a hint cause maybe you so dumb that you don’t fucking get it, tell me instead I shall try, or tell me I will see what I can do instead of fucking promising.
Enough of me and my feelings, let’s get back to the story at hand;
I went back to Holland and was welcomed in a tremendous fashion as hero coming back home, though I didn’t felt like it inside, my heart was still burning with the sadness and sorrow of the killings that happened only some days ago, but I was happy again to see my family and friends all together having fun and delight.
The martial court was just some days after my return; they decided first to degrade me back to my first rank, but thank goodness and much more thanks to my captain who stood by my side all the way through the whole settings, they decided to give me a fine and 6 months no pay, which was fine by me.
It was the beginning of 2003 and the matters escalated between Iraq and the UN and between Iraq and USA to be exact, I was on tiptoes just waiting and hoping for matters to go to the worse so we can jump in another war, a war which I always wished to do, to rid the Iraqi people from that maniac dictator Saddam Hussein.
And it happened USA declared a war against Iraq and didn’t give a shit about the UN and what they got to say in the matter, I was jumping in joy and happiness about the news and sat on fire waiting for the call from my superiors, as expected at the end of February I received the long waited call and was on my was to Saudi Arabia, from there we infiltrated Iraq with ease and no resistance power at all.
Along with us there were other countries participating in the attack, we did some mission with the SAS, which was an honor for me to go with them side by side and learn from the best in this craft what we do and how to do it.
There was something rogue and mysterious about this war, it wasn’t like the last time in Afghanistan, the US troops had their own targets and we had our own, but the strange thing was that they didn’t want to share any information or missions with us, like their mission was out of the question to share it with some other troops from other countries.
Iraq let me give you an idea and a glimpse about Iraq’s history and back ground to let you know the people and the culture;
The first civilization was in old Iraq, Babylon was the first civilization before the Egyptians and any other civilization for that matter, they were the first in many inventions like; the wheel, alphabets and many other things and they held one of the world’s seven wonders (the hanging gardens).
Iraq´s geography is strategically placed in the heart and centre of Middle East, making a powerful gate in the old times for merchants travelling from east to west and vice versa, and also made it a target where all the conquerors tried to get it and settle in like; the Mongolians, the Greeks, the Persian empire and many others, the old Mesopotamia (Iraq) was a flourishing country, produced many scientists in physicists, mathematicians, chemists and also many other big figures in literature and poets which we still until this day read their books.
Iraq is surrounded by six countries; Iran to the east and north east, Turkey on the northern border, Syria to the west and north west, Jordan to the west, Saudi Arabia to south and south west and finally Kuwait on the bottom of the southern border, Iraq have two rivers going through the whole country, the Euphrates and Tigris, Tigris springs from the high mountains in Turkey and then go through Iraq directly from the northern border, continuing its way from north to south until it unites with the Euphrates, the Euphrates on the other hand, it comes from the same mountains in Turkey but it has a different course, it goes through Turkey then swerves left towards Syria and then enters Iraq from the Syrian border and continues its way until it unites of course with Tigris, they unite in Basra southern of Iraq and form what the Iraqi´s call it (shat el Arab) the Arabian river, which continues its course south until it empties and ends in the Arabian gulf, when Saddam had the power he made a new river in Iraq which takes the waters from both original rivers and called it (naher Saddam) Saddam´s river.
I have read many history books about countries but never a history so moving so full of action like the Iraqi history, like I mentioned the Babylonians were there and they made their mark visible to the whole world, and in the Islamic period the power of the Islamic world was centered there by the abbasian kholafaa, which they had their power until the great Osman empire took the power over Iraq and all the Arabic countries for 6 centuries, until the British empire took the power over, and Kuwait actually was a province of Iraq until that time but then the British gave it its own borders in 1918, in 1920 the kingdom of Iraq formed under the power and surveillance of the British empire, the king was from the same family of the Saudi Arabia and Jordan, which as they say that their root goes back In history to the prophet Mohammed, the kingdom had it good until 1958 where a military coup took place that over thrown the king and slaughtered the whole royal family, by the neo communist leader Abdul Karim Qassim, Abdul K. had his own worries cause the country became divided by two groups at that time, the neo communist people and the Baath people.
Abdul K. barely survived an attack which was meant to assassinate him, it was well planned but poorly executed, and one of the attackers was Saddam Hussein himself which he got shot by his own people during the attack (friendly fire), but Abdul K, was overthrown in 1963.
The 1963 coup brought the colonel Abdul Salam Arif to the rule, not for long though cause he died in a airplane accident and letting his younger brother taking the rule in 1966, 1968 the Baath party made a revolution and took the power under the lead of Ahmed Hassan Bakr, but Saddam was working on the inside and gaining power and muscle by the minute, so he overtook the power in 1979 and eliminating all threats to him and those who were loyal to Bakr.
