Morality ? What is it ? where do we get it from?<\/p>\n
Does morality come from religion and if that’s the case then what about the people who didn´t had the privilege to know the religion or lived before the religion even started? Should we call ourselves moral people when all three religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) agree to stone adultors alive with stones until death? In that case I will look for somewhere else for morals cause that´s a bit too hardcore for me. Should we think we are moral when Abraham putted his 14 years old son on sacrifice chamber ready to burn him alive and slaughter him alive? Have you ever thought what kind of trauma that kid had, to see his own father ready to burn him alive and slaughter him. Should we think we are moral when you light a fire on Sabbath then you will also be stoned to death? Should we think we are moral when the apostasy in Islam is punished by cutting off your head? Now that´s why I lost my believe in religion, if religion is the provider for morals then no thanks and fuck you religion for dividing people up and for providing us the most bloodiest wars we ever witnessed in our history, still going on until today; if you don´t agree with me then I would ask you one question and I rest my case; please tell me or recall to me a war without a religious motives? I will spare you the time and the effort . none, there is no fucking war in our entire fucking history not based on religious motives.<\/p>\n
Then what are morals? And how do we get it? I personally think that our morals sprung and came to us from our deep conscious, it’s our conscious that tells us killing other human being is wrong, taking a life is wrong, raping children is wrong. If religion is the provider then an atheist family have no morals at all. But no my fellow readers and my atheist friends, you do have morals and actually in my opinion the atheist people have higher and more sophisticated and more refined morals than the religious people do.<\/p>\n
That´s the problem I had when I was in the army, I was what they called trigger happy, I would shoot you on sight; just because you were holding a weapon and you are not on my side. If I see a guy with a weapon pointed at me ready to fire, I would ask only once to drop your weapon and give you one or two seconds to response otherwise you are dead to me and my bullets will tear you to shreds.<\/p>\n
I failed my first morals psychology test, then I passed the second, passed it with a record of the fastest ever plus the best answers; the test actually was verbal and physical. I would not go into details cause it´s classified. ( again you are welcome to ask me in person )<\/p>\n
We kept on training day and night, kept learning day and night. I perfected my Arabic and could speak read and write it fluently. My other studies I perfected too (human psychology, Arabic and Iraqi history and the symbology)<\/p>\n
We even had some trainers coming to us from abroad, like Japan, Israel, United Kingdom and the united stated; teaching us all the methods we needed like self defense, army Intel, espionage and much more that I again can not mention.<\/p>\n
I was so proud of myself, really beyond any recognition, that I made it all through without giving up nor fainting with my efforts.<\/p>\n
So it came almost to an end, my journey, my training to become a commando!<\/p>\n
From 1500 people we dropped to 650, from that to 175 and then from that to 36 where the final elimination would drop us to the top 8.<\/p>\n
At the 1st<\/sup> October of 2000, I with 7 other people (2 ladies and 6 gentlemen) were awarded our green berets; we were officially now part of the commando troops of the royal Dutch army. Our commando force motto was; NUNC AUT NUNQUAM . LATIN which means NOW OR NEVER.<\/p>\n We entered 2001, ready to deploy ready to strike and we were thirsty for action, we just wanted a war to happen somewhere just to apply what we have learned, and my most and biggest wish was to go to Iraq to kick Saddam´s ass with his floppy sloppy army.<\/p>\n But nothing happened and we all went on our third vacation; my vacation started at the first of September, I went home to greet my ma, and was surprised to see my whole fucking family was there to congratulate me for my army graduation, which caught me really off guard cause I was really not expecting it, but I loved the surprise and was a nice time to catch up with everybody and to see how they were doing, after all I was gone a long time and even when I came on vacations I didn’t had the time to see them , only my ma, she was the only one who I would see on my vacations.<\/p>\n From there some interesting things happened, some of them expected and some of them surprising, but all in all they were good and bad either way you look at them; as always I learned and picked up the history that I made and collected it in my daily life and putted in my history bag with the rest of the history that I made for myself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Morality ?
