They basically wiped out the revolution within 3 months, causing and planting extra fear and horror in the Iraqi people.

What we found odd was they didn’t shift their movement at all, even when the American troops were moving towards Baghdad just a few miles away from them to the east, they didn’t pay any consideration to them and held their ground.

I was lying with my unit on the ground, covered from head to toe with our camouflaged gear that resembles the desert surroundings we were in, in constant contact with the other units from the different directions where they were positioning themselves in, we had the south flank, we waited and waited, our wait grew to be a bit of an annoyance, just as the same with the other units, so we had a meeting to decide that it was enough waiting and we should plan our task, we did, and again the SAS came up with the perfect plan, but it was risky, very risky indeed, it could end up by me being killed or worse get captured, but it was nonetheless a brilliant plan.

The plan was simple; because of my back ground, me with half of my blood line as Iraqi, plus my looks in addition look more Middle Eastern than I do look like European, and I had my beard grown up already, I could go as a Bedouin and ask around and see if I can collect some info and confirm the Intel we had and act upon my skills as a spy, the problem was we had a brief training how to spy in militarized way but not as a spy going in to infiltrate and interact with the enemy face to face, that was definitely the last resort ever.

It’s always funny and weird how things turns up in your life and my life and everyone’s life, when you see stuff in your life that makes you wonder, makes you question, makes you realize that no matter how we think or how we do it´s still all matter of a single thought that goes … Läs mer

[1

post-48","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-okategoriserad
["GET
