Helt sjukt l\u00e5ng sovmorgon men gud s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt ocks\u00e5! Sov till jag vaknade av mig sj\u00e4lv, tittade p\u00e5 ett gossip girl och hann f\u00f6r en g\u00e5ng skull \u00e4ta frukost utan att stressa. Som ni ser p\u00e5 bilden h\u00e4r nedan \u00e5t jag en r\u00f6d grape, tv\u00e5 frukost muffins <em>(recept finns under bilderna)<\/em>, med hasseln\u00f6t sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 och en kopp gr\u00f6nt the till det! Mosa bananen och h\u00f6ll ner den i sk\u00e5len. Ha sedan i kvargen (ett tips \u00e4r att anv\u00e4nda en vanlig matsked ist f\u00f6r ett matskeds m\u00e5tt) och r\u00f6r noga om! H\u00f6ll sedan ner i 2-3 muffins formar (helst silikon formar d\u00e5 de h\u00e5ller former b\u00e4ttre) och in i mikron p\u00e5 full effekt i 2 minuter!
