Idag \u00e4r det torsdag vilket \u00e4r tr\u00e4ningsdag enligt mig! Har egentligen sovmorgon till 11.20 idag men har gymmat sen 9.15 och v\u00e4ntar nu p\u00e5 att min lektion ska b\u00f6rja! Sprang 5.2 km och br\u00e4nde n\u00e4stan 600 kalorier!! K\u00e4ndes super h\u00e4rligt! Sen k\u00f6rde jag \u00e4ven armar, br\u00f6st och mage och lite rumpa!
