Ohh h\u00e4r ska pumpas, l\u00e4ggas ner tid och sj\u00e4l p\u00e5 min tr\u00e4ning. Vilat i \u00f6ver ett \u00e5r nu och b\u00e5de k\u00e4nner och ser de p\u00e5 min kropp. Skolan g\u00e5r lite s\u00e4mre och min studieteknik finns inte. Allt, mitt hum\u00f6r, skolan allt blir s\u00e4mre och tr\u00e5kigare utan tr\u00e4ning. Fr\u00e5n att g\u00e5 fr\u00e5n att tr\u00e4na 9-11 pass i veckan till noll &#8211; de funkar inte!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Jag tr\u00e4nar lite allt m\u00f6jligt men tycker det \u00e4r roligare att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 pass s\u00e5som Cirkel, Cmx, och Core. Cirkel d\u00e5 jobbar man med hela kroppen men bara med sin egna kroppsvikt. Cmx och Core \u00e4r pass fr\u00e4mst f\u00f6r mage, rygg, b\u00e5l och \u00e4ven det fr\u00e4mst med egen kroppsvikt. Om jag tr\u00e4nar sj\u00e4lv, s\u00e5 blir det oftast l\u00f6pband eller motioncykel, mag\u00f6vningar, rygg\u00f6vningar, rump\u00f6vningar och n\u00e5gon armmaskin ibland. Jag tr\u00e4nar f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r kul, f\u00f6r att jag vill bli h\u00e4lsosam och f\u00f6r att jag totalt \u00e4lskar k\u00e4nslan av ett h\u00e5rt pass, svetten som rinner och k\u00e4nslan av stolthet.
