Inte s\u00e5, inte jag iallafall. D\u00e5 k\u00e4nns det som att man &#8221;f\u00f6rst\u00f6rt&#8221; lite. Att man lika bra kunde skippat gymmet&#8230; S\u00e5 om man tr\u00e4nar f\u00f6rsvinner suget p\u00e5 oh\u00e4lsosam mat.<\/p>\n<p>Sj\u00e4lvklart ska man ocks\u00e5 \u00e4ta s\u00e5dant n\u00e5gon dag i veckan, att ha en cheatday \u00e4r viktigt. B\u00e5de f\u00f6r kroppen &amp; f\u00f6r matsm\u00e4ltningen, att inte kroppen bara f\u00e5r v\u00e4nja sig med &#8221;nyttig&#8221; mat utan ocks\u00e5 lite mer socker. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/mylovees\/files\/2014\/09\/IMG_4902.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/mylovees\/files\/2014\/09\/IMG_4902.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4902.JPG\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a> * <strong>Se till att du inte har n\u00e5got godis &amp; liknade hemma. F\u00f6rutom p\u00e5 din cheatday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* <strong>S\u00f6k p\u00e5 nyttiga recept! N\u00e5got nyttigt &amp; enkelt som snabbt g\u00e5r att sl\u00e4nga ihop. Du blir \u00e4ven v\u00e4ldigt motiverad d\u00e5.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* <strong>Om du blir j\u00e4ttesugen, f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att \u00e4ta frukt! Detta k\u00f6rde jag p\u00e5 i b\u00f6rjan &amp; det funkar. Frysta b\u00e4r \u00e4r en succ\u00e9s!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* <strong>Planera vad du ska \u00e4ta de n\u00e4rmaste dagarna (det l\u00e5ter konstigt, jag vet) Men det \u00e4r faktiskt j\u00e4ttebra eftersom annars kan man V\u00c4LDIGT l\u00e4tt g\u00e5 i f\u00e4llan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/mylovees\/files\/2014\/09\/IMG_4900.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/mylovees\/files\/2014\/09\/IMG_4900.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4900.JPG\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a>Sen m\u00e5ste du \u00e4ven t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att det \u00e4r grymt sv\u00e5rt att h\u00e5lla kosten i b\u00f6rjan. Du f\u00e5r inte vara f\u00f6r h\u00e5rd i starten, d\u00e5 kommer du tycka att det \u00e4r j\u00e4ttejobbigt &amp; bryta direkt. Jag gjorde den missen.. <em>Hehe<\/em>&#8230; Nu har jag samlat ny motivation &amp; b\u00f6rjat om p\u00e5 nytt. Ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka h\u00e5lla de nu&#8230; T\u00e4nkte g\u00f6ra en ny kategori : tr\u00e4ning &amp;  kost typ. D\u00e4r jag l\u00e4gger ut mina tips &amp; nyttiga recept!
