Att hitta inspiration &amp; motivation &#8211; de tv\u00e5 pusselbitarna, hur man ska f\u00e5 ihopa det stora hela &amp; f\u00e5 det att fungerar med ens vardag. Man \u00e4r lat &amp; orkar inte helt enkelt. Man vill ocks\u00e5 att det ger resultat direkt, som det inte g\u00f6r. Vilket \u00e4r synd \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Ni har fr\u00e5gat efter mina tips &amp; h\u00e4r kommer n\u00e5gra av dem!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>\u2022 L\u00e4gg upp m\u00e5l att str\u00e4va &amp; jobba efter. Hitta en bild n\u00e5gonstans p\u00e5 DIT du vill\u00a0n\u00e5, kolla p\u00e5 bilden f\u00f6re &amp; efter varje tr\u00e4nings pass &amp; t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 dina m\u00e5l &#8211; dit ska jag &amp; just d\u00e4rf\u00f6r tr\u00e4na jag. Ha bilden i huvudet n\u00e4r det tar emot.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u2022 G\u00f6r ett schema f\u00f6r din tr\u00e4ning, d\u00e5 blir det mer strukturerat. Om man inte har ett schema kan man l\u00e4tt hoppa \u00f6ver tr\u00e4ningspass.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>\u2022 Planera redan i b\u00f6rjan av veckan vilka dagar du ska tr\u00e4na &amp; vilka inte. F\u00e5 ihop det med plugg &amp; vardag.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u2022 Best\u00e4m att du tr\u00e4nar n\u00e5gon dag i veckan med din kompis, d\u00e5 har du ett m\u00e5ste att tr\u00e4na! Det blir roligare &amp; ni pushar varandra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>\u2022\u00a0K\u00f6p snygga tr\u00e4ningskl\u00e4der! Kan lova att man blir mer motiverade n\u00e4r man har en snygg outfit p\u00e5 gymmet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u2022 Bel\u00f6na dig sj\u00e4lv efter tr\u00e4ningspasset, MEN med n\u00e5got nyttigt. Jag k\u00f6r alltid med en god protein shake\u00a0&amp; frysta b\u00e4r!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>\u2022 N\u00e4r du precis b\u00f6rjat med tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r det viktigt att inte b\u00f6rja f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt, d\u00e5 kommer du inte vilja tr\u00e4na igen. (Trust me, I know).
