D\u00f6dade\u00a0min armar + axlar idag. Sprang i h\u00f6gt tempo i 15 min, massa rump \u00f6vningar p\u00e5 slutet &amp; go stretching. Joggade hem till porten &amp; tog en snabb dusch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Innan jag b\u00f6rjar med matten ska jag g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got att k\u00e4ka, en god sallad &amp; b\u00e4r..
