Idag har varit en fullsp&auml;ckad dag. Jag gick upp 7.45 stack till skolan och satt d&auml;r tills klockan var 16.00 sedan stack jag till gymmet och var d&auml;r mellan 16.30-isch till 18.00-ish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Idag &auml;r jag stolt &ouml;ver mig sj&auml;lv faktiskt, samtidigt som jag &auml;r lite missn&ouml;jd :-S<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Jag stod p&aring; crosstrainern i 15 min, n&ouml;jd<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Jag gymmade allt jag skulle, n&ouml;jd<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Jag cyklade i 26min 46 sek och kom en hel j&auml;vla mil p&aring; det!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Det negativa &auml;r att jag inte kunde springa mer &auml;n typ 250m innan jag var helt slut, jag vet inte om jag kanske hade f&ouml;r h&ouml;g hastighet i j&auml;mf&ouml;relse med sist? Ingen aning, men men, det ska bli f&ouml;rb&auml;ttring \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Jag t&auml;nkte ha lite m&aring;l p&aring; r&ouml;relsegl&auml;djen. =)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">M&aring;l nr 1. Springa 5km p&aring; str&auml;ck<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">M&aring;l nr 2.
