K\u00e4nns som att jag svalt ett \u00e4pple f\u00f6r att jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 svullen i halsen. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r det inte l\u00e5ngt kvar till Ibiza, gud vad jag l\u00e4ngtar! Jag och min<br \/>\nbaby har redan planerat massa mysiga utflykter vi ska g\u00f6ra d\u00e4r.<br \/>\nMen eftersom jag har lite blogg torka och inte vet vad jag ska skriva<br \/>\nom t\u00e4nkte jag ge er mitt recept p\u00e5 mina goda och nyttiga smoothie:<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00c4pple<br \/>\n1 Banan<br \/>\n1 Apelsin<br \/>\nTv\u00e5 n\u00e4var frysta hallon och bl\u00e5b\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Skala all frukter och l\u00e4gg i mixen, fyll sedan upp med \u00e4ppelmust fr\u00e5n &#8221;Kiviks&#8221;. (som \u00e4r helt utan socker och tillsatser.)<br \/>\nMixa sedan i ca 2min.<br \/>\nJag rekommenderar att dricka detta varje morgon. Jag g\u00f6r nya varannan<br \/>\ndag, f\u00f6r mig r\u00e4cker en kanna 2 dagar men vi \u00e4r tv\u00e5 personer.<br \/>\nTill detta brukar jag \u00e4ta en macka med pressad tomat, salt och peppar. P\u00e5 det och parma skinka.<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r gott och nyttigt.
