Drick massa vatten<br \/>\n2. \u00c4t normalt och regelbundet.<br \/>\n3. Variera din kost<br \/>\n4. Om du vill g\u00e5 ner i vikt banta inte, utan g\u00e5 till en dietist som kan kartl\u00e4gga din kost.<br \/>\nHar ingen att tipsa om, men det kan ni l\u00e4tt googla.<br \/>\n5. \u00c4t massa frukt, b\u00f6rja g\u00e4rna dagen med en fruktsmoothie.<br \/>\n6. Drick s\u00e4llan sprit, de flesta har d\u00e5liga kroppar p\u00e5 grund av f\u00f6r mycket sprit.<br \/>\n7. R\u00f6k inte<br \/>\n8. \u00c4t inte sent p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen<br \/>\n9. Tycker du att det \u00e4r tr\u00e5kigt att g\u00e5 till gymmet&nbsp; g\u00f6r andra saker dansa, sporta bara man r\u00f6r p\u00e5 sig.<br \/>\n10.
