Ananas<br \/>\n5. Selleri<br \/>\n6. Mor\u00f6tter<br \/>\n7. F\u00e4rskpressad apelsin juice<\/p>\n<p>Ananasen g\u00f6r att ens hud luktar gott, vid dagligt intag.<br \/>\nSellerin och ananasen inneh\u00e5ller fibrer vilket \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r magen.<\/p>\n<p>Dessa vitaminer tar jag varje morgon:<br \/>\nOmega-3<br \/>\nMultivitamin<br \/>\nB-12<br \/>\nTabletter f\u00f6r h\u00e5r&amp;naglar<\/p>\n<p>\nIdag k\u00f6pte jag ocks\u00e5 &#8221;Acidophilus&#8221; tabletter som jag ska ta varje dag.<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r bra bakterier som man ska ha i magen.<br \/>\nAcidophilus finns \u00e4ven i A-fil. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r \u00e4ven bra f\u00f6r huden. Obalans i magen brukar resultera i d\u00e5lig hud.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4ter \u00e4ven vanlig frukost till detta. Frukost \u00e4r den viktigaste m\u00e5ltiden.<\/p>\n<p>Detta undviker jag:<br \/>\nKaffe, dricker aldrig kaffe<br \/>\nCigaretter, hatar cigaretter<br \/>\nChoklad, gillar det inte s\u00e5 mycket men ibland kan jag \u00e4ta det. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nDroger, inga droger.<br \/>\nAlkohol, dricker s\u00e4llan.<br \/>\nSnabbmat, gillar det ibland men jag \u00e4lskar mat som k\u00e4nns h\u00e4lsosam.<\/p>\n<p>\nMan brukar s\u00e4ga att sk\u00f6nhet kommer inneifr\u00e5n.<br \/>\nVilket \u00e4r s\u00e5 sant. Med det menar folk personlighet s\u00e5 klart. <br \/>\nMen det st\u00e4mmer bokstavligen.
