K\u00e4nner att jag \u00e4ter f\u00f6r mycket skitmat och m\u00e5ste trappa ner p\u00e5 de. Ska b\u00f6rja springa ca. 6 km om dagen ocks\u00e5 haha. Kommer sluta med att jag springer 5 meter och g\u00e5r resten&#8230; Men man m\u00e5ste ju b\u00f6rja n\u00e5gonstans, right? F\u00e5r inte b\u00f6rja gymma \u00e4n som jag hade t\u00e4nkt g\u00f6ra under sommaren. Var tvungen att h\u00e5lla mig undan det i 3 m\u00e5nader efter operationen, s\u00e5 jag m\u00e5ste v\u00e4nta exakt 1 m\u00e5nad till! Hade ocks\u00e5 t\u00e4nkt att b\u00f6rja med\u00a0<strong>lchf\u00a0<\/strong>metoden ocks\u00e5, men sen m\u00e4rkte jag att man inte kunde \u00e4ta n\u00e5got typ. Man f\u00e5r inte \u00e4ta pasta, ris, br\u00f6d, mj\u00f6l, socker, dricka mj\u00f6lk, kakor, friterat eller n\u00e5got!\u00a0<em>Hur \u00f6verlever man detta?\u00a0<strong>Helt seri\u00f6st.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Typ om jag g\u00f6r kycklingwook s\u00e5 kan jag bara \u00e4ta kyckling d\u00e5 eller? Haha. Nej men, t\u00e4nker \u00e4ta &#8217;mat&#8217; som vanligt men skippa allt friterat och on\u00f6digt skit.
