Det finns ett <em>n\u00e4stan <\/em>samma schema p\u00e5 internet, men jag \u00e4ndrade det till engelska och gjorde det lite mer basic. <strong>Vad tycker ni? Ser de bra ut? <\/strong>Kommer b\u00f6rja dagen med 1 glas vatten, stretcha, ut och springa i ca. 1 h och sen dessa \u00f6vningar, till sist frukost!
