Till er som ocks\u00e5 vill g\u00e5 ner och k\u00e4nner att ni vill g\u00e5 ner i vikt, vi g\u00f6r det tillsammans. Jag gick ner 12 kg f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret men gick sedan upp 6 kg igen. S\u00e5 det g\u00e5r! Kan jag kan ni!
