Efter det k\u00f6rde jag som ni ser ovan p\u00e5 bilden med st\u00e5ng och lite vikter, fruktansv\u00e4rt jobbigt efter maskin tr\u00e4ningen d\u00e5 benen \u00e4r h\u00e4rligt tr\u00f6tta!! K\u00f6rde \u00e4ven lite situps p\u00e5 neds\u00e4nkt b\u00e4nk med medicin boll, s\u00e5 nu hoppas jag p\u00e5 en h\u00e4rlig v\u00e4rk i kroppen imorgon s\u00e5 man k\u00e4nner att man anstr\u00e4ngt sig!<\/p>\n<p>Imorgon tar jag en vilodag utan tr\u00e4ning, och k\u00f6r br\u00f6st, rygg och armar p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdag.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rde utan pwo idag och m\u00e4rkte direkt skillnad, blev h\u00e4rligt tr\u00f6tt efter passet, annars brukar jag ha lite mer energi \u00f6ver<\/p>\n<p>\/Nati\u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c4ntligen slutat jobba och \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g till gymmet, idag blir det ben, rumpa och mage! \u00c4lskar verkligen att tr\u00e4na mage!
