(Jag brukar r\u00f6ra runt med en gaffel) <\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ner vattnet, f\u00f6rdel att anv\u00e4nda en slickepott. Sen \u00e4r det bara att pressa ut p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5ts pappret, jag brukar ta en klick i taget till man pressat ut allt. <\/p>\n<p>Vill man kan man str\u00f6 p\u00e5 fr\u00f6n, havssalt, honung\/agave. Dela g\u00e4rna upp br\u00f6det innan det gr\u00e4ddas f\u00f6r att p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt dela det l\u00e4ttare n\u00e4r det \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigt.<br \/>\nGr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen i ca50-60min.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/natuche\/files\/2013\/09\/20130916-230523.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/natuche\/files\/2013\/09\/20130916-230523.jpg\" alt=\"20130916-230523.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nJag brukar sedan l\u00e5ta br\u00f6det kallna i ugnen och dela upp det n\u00e4r det kallnat. Hoppas det smakar!<\/p>\n<p>Vanligt att ha i \u00e4r: linfr\u00f6n, pumpa fr\u00f6n, solrosfr\u00f6n, havregryn, sesamfr\u00f6n mm.
