OBS!Skriver direkt av ifr\u00e5n receptet.<\/p>\n<p>3 stora gula l\u00f6kar<br \/>1\/2 normalt stort k\u00e5lhuvud<br \/>2 mor\u00f6tter<br \/>1\/2 selleristj\u00e4lk<br \/>1 1\/2 k\u00f6ttbuljongt\u00e4rning<br \/>1 burk konserverade tomater\/krossade tomater<br \/>1 gr\u00f6n paprika<br \/>1p\u00e5se l\u00f6ksopp -pulver eller l\u00f6kkrydda <\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r ner gr\u00f6nsakerna i en stor kastrull, ta i vatten s\u00e5 det t\u00e4cker gr\u00f6nsakerna. Tills\u00e4tt \u00f6vriga kryddor,koka och krydda.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4 s\u00e5 mycket soppa du vill, n\u00e4r du k\u00e4nner dig hungrig. Ju mer soppa du \u00e4ter desto mer g\u00e5r du ner i vikt (inneh\u00e5ller inga kcal). OBS!\u00c4r endast till f\u00f6r dem som beh\u00f6ver g\u00e5 ner i vikt som \u00e4r \u00f6verviktiga.<\/p>\n<p>DAG 1 \u00c4t s\u00e5 mycket frukt du vill(Ej Bananer) +Soppa<br \/>DAG 2 \u00c4t olika sorters gr\u00f6nsaker (Ej b\u00f6nor och \u00e4rtor) + Soppa<br \/>DAG 3 \u00c4t frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker (Ej banan och potatis) +Soppa<br \/>DAG 4 \u00c4t 5-8 bananer. Drick 5-8glas l\u00e4ttmj\u00f6lk+Soppa<br \/>DAG 5 \u00c4t 6 tomater, 280-340gr n\u00f6tk\u00f6tt. Drick 8glas vatten+ Soppa<br \/>DAG 6 \u00c4t s\u00e5 mycket k\u00f6tt du vill +olika gr\u00f6nsaker+ Soppa<br \/>DAG 7 \u00c4t r\u00e5ris+gr\u00f6nsaker. Drick saft (sockerfria fruktsafter,te)+Soppa<\/p>\n<p>Lasarettet lovar att du g\u00e5r ner 4-7kg\/vecka.<\/p>\n<p>OBS!var observant med att den kanske inte har samma effekt p\u00e5 alla men den har fungerat f\u00f6r mig.
