Jag har fortfarande tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i mina quads efter mitt benpass i onsdags. Skrev tyv\u00e4rr inte upp vad jag hann g\u00f6ra, men hade mycket fokus p\u00e5 just quads och glutes. Efter det k\u00e4nde jag att min halsont \u00a0var p\u00e5v\u00e4g igen, och k\u00e4nde mig v\u00e4ldigt d\u00e5lig, s\u00e5 f\u00f6r mitt v\u00e4lm\u00e5endes skull s\u00e5 tog jag en vilodag i torsdags och ig\u00e5r. Men imorgon blir det rygg + mage och ikv\u00e4ll g\u00e5r jag antagligen ut p\u00e5 en l\u00e5ng pw. ska se om jag kan tvinga med mig mamma p\u00e5 passet s\u00e5 hon kan agera fotograf lite! \ud83d\ude09 Eftersom jag inte hunnit skriva, s\u00e5 \u00e4r det mycket bilder att l\u00e4gga ut! F\u00f6rst fr\u00e5n onsdags n\u00e4r jag k\u00f6pte en skitgod low calorie bar fr\u00e5n all\u00e9vo och n\u00e4r jag och mamma \u00e5t f\u00f6delsedagsmat p\u00e5 vapiano. Den dagen slutade v\u00e4ldigt bra, med god mat och yoghurtglass efter! Ig\u00e5r var vi p\u00e5 ica maxi och jag k\u00f6pte b.la en proteinbar fr\u00e5n gainomax, sallad, kvarg, gr\u00f6nsaker och r\u00e5gbr\u00f6d. Min sallad smakade som en dr\u00f6m och det var med bulgur, salladskyckling, kycklingfil\u00e9, b\u00f6nr\u00f6ra, gurka, majs och salladsblad. Har f\u00e5tt v\u00e4rsta dille p\u00e5 sojab\u00f6nor, har i alla sallader nu f\u00f6r tiden! I helgen kommer jag inte fuska, f\u00f6rutom att jag ska s\u00e4tta t\u00e4nderna i min proteinbar fr\u00e5n gainomax (om det r\u00e4knas) f\u00f6r att jag k\u00e4nner mig lite svullen och min kost inte varit helt 100% \u00e4n. Den f\u00f6rsta tr\u00f6skeln \u00e4r alltid den sv\u00e5raste! Men sockersuget \u00e4r borta iallafall.
