Dieten g\u00e5r fram\u00e5t och jag k\u00e4nner att jag har hyfsad koll p\u00e5 intaget. Det har g\u00e5tt bra n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att v\u00e4nja av sm\u00e5\u00e4tandet och \u00f6ver\u00e4tandet under kv\u00e4llen. F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker l\u00e4gga frukosten som st\u00f6rsta m\u00e5let, men ibland blir lunchen och kv\u00e4llsmaten lika stora (n\u00e4stan). \u00c4ter 4 g\u00e5nger om dagen och mellanm\u00e5l blir alltid en burk med 150g kvarg.<\/p>\n<p>ig\u00e5r fick jag till ett g\u00f6tt axel\/br\u00f6st-pass och det br\u00e4nde fint i axlar under milit\u00e4rpressar, stod n\u00e4stan och grina f\u00f6r det var s\u00e5 jobbigt, men t\u00e4nkte vad g\u00f6r det? Kan jag lyfta en till s\u00e5 ska jag. satte \u00e4ven Pb i Hantelpress. Det g\u00e5r fram\u00e5t och ikv\u00e4ll vankas det rygg! Rygg \u00e4r min nyblivna favorit att tr\u00e4na och har l\u00e4rt mig efter hand hur jag ska f\u00e5 bra kontakt s\u00e5 det k\u00e4nns. Blir sent pass ikv\u00e4ll och sen f\u00e5r vi se vad det blir till middag!
