J\u00e4klar vilket benpass jag fick till idag, br\u00e4nde g\u00f6tt och mina l\u00e5r blev helt blodfyllda n\u00e4r jag gick ifr\u00e5n gymmet! Samma som g\u00e5rdagens armar d\u00e5 jag satte nytt pb i hantelcurls. Som man kan se p\u00e5 bilden nedan hade jag tjocktr\u00f6ja idag f\u00f6r alla linnen l\u00e5g i tv\u00e4tten. JISSES! Vad jag svettades! K\u00e4nde att all vatten bara rann ut. Ska forts\u00e4tta med att ha tjocktr\u00f6ja 1 pass \/ vecka f\u00f6r att svettas ut lite extra. Jobbigt men sk\u00f6nt n\u00e4r det \u00e4r \u00f6ver!<\/p>\n<p>Ang\u00e5ende mitt f\u00f6rra inl\u00e4gg s\u00e5 k\u00e4nde jag: shit jag b\u00f6rjar r\u00e4kna kalorier p\u00e5 riktigt. N\u00e5got \u00e4r p\u00e5v\u00e4g att bli fel. S\u00e5 f\u00f6r att komma p\u00e5 andra banor s\u00e5 k\u00f6pte jag naturgodis och frozen yoghurt. DET \u00c4R INTE FEL ATT UNNA SIG! S\u00e5 nu sitter jag och trycker i mig naturgodis bit f\u00f6r bit och ser p\u00e5 honey boo boo haha. imorgon \u00e4r en lugn dag f\u00f6r b\u00e5de kropp och sj\u00e4l, sedan s\u00f6ndag l\u00e4gger jag nog in ett axel och magpass. \u00d6verlag s\u00e5 m\u00e5r jag toppen! Tr\u00e4ningen flyter p\u00e5, kosten likas\u00e5.
