Sitter just nu as we speak med en tallrik med currykyckling och basmatiris och har nyss kommit hem fr\u00e5n ett br\u00f6st+axel pass. Eftersom jag nyss varit f\u00f6rkyld s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste jag tr\u00e4na l\u00e5gintensivt f\u00f6r att inte f\u00e5 tillbaka min f\u00f6rkylning eller f\u00e5 n\u00e5gra skador. S\u00e5 beslutade mig f\u00f6r att satsa p\u00e5 lite teknik + fler reps och tr\u00e4nade axlar f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 flera m\u00e5nader! Det k\u00e4nns s\u00e5 tusan i axlarna just nu, och det br\u00e4nde gott under tr\u00e4ningen. Fick bra kontakt med b\u00e5de axlar och br\u00f6st och \u00e4ven fast jag inte maxade med vikt s\u00e5 blev jag r\u00e4tt n\u00f6jd. Normalt brukar jag maxa med vikt, s\u00e5 brukar bara v\u00e4rma upp med 10+ reps f\u00f6r att sedan s\u00e4nka mot 5-7 reps per set.<\/p>\n<p>Men s\u00e5h\u00e4r s\u00e5g dagens schema ut:<\/p>\n<p><i>uppv\u00e4rmning: <\/i>10 min backe p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet<\/p>\n<p><em>br\u00f6st: <\/em>Chest press i maskin: 12&#215;3,<br \/>\nFlies i kinesis 12&#215;3,<br \/>\nHantelpress fria vikter 15&#215;2, 12&#215;3, 10&#215;1<br \/>\nFlies fria vikter 8&#215;2 (K\u00f6rde inte mycket flies idag, och hann inte b\u00e4nka. men trots det s\u00e5 hann jag f\u00e5 till bra kontakt.)<\/p>\n<p><em>axlar:\u00a0<\/em>Shoulder raises m. vridning 10&#215;4,<br \/>\n&#8221;busschauff\u00f6ren&#8221; 10&#215;1, 15&#215;1,<br \/>\nfront raises m. viktplatta 13&#215;3<br \/>\nshoulder press 13&#215;3<\/p>\n<p>Kosttillskotten jag anv\u00e4nt idag: F\u00f6re tr\u00e4ning tog jag en proteinbar fr\u00e5n swebar med smak mintchoklad. S\u00e5 sjukt god!<\/p>\n<p>Under tr\u00e4ning anv\u00e4nde jag bcaa-xx fr\u00e5n Body Science med smaken berry.<\/p>\n<p>Efter tr\u00e4ning anv\u00e4nde jag whey-100 fr\u00e5n Body Science med smaken double rich chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Nu kommer n\u00e4rmsta veckans passa se ut ungef\u00e4r s\u00e5h\u00e4r n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller reps+sets och jag kommer k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 l\u00e5ga vikter f\u00f6r att sen h\u00f6ja mig mot medel tunga + lite tyngre. Tr\u00e5kigt som fan, f\u00f6r \u00e4lskar att k\u00f6ra s\u00e5 tungt s\u00e5 man inte kan lyfta mer, men h\u00e4lsan f\u00f6rst!
