B\u00e4ret \u00e4r\u00a0 rikt p\u00e5 Omega 3, 6,7 och 9 som man annars kan f\u00e5 i sig genom fisk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Vitaminerna A, B, C, E, mineraler och antioxidanter finns ox\u00e5 i b\u00e4ret. Riktigt nyttigt med andra ord.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Kika in p\u00e5 <a href=\"www.houseoftea.se\">Houseoftea<\/a> f\u00f6r att l\u00e4sa om olika \u00f6rt teer(och andra)och vad som passar dig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Jag brygger iaf en hel kanna te som jag f\u00f6rvarar i kylen f\u00f6r att ta ett glas till frukosten.
