Man blir s\u00e5 glad n\u00e4r man klarar mer och mer \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e4ning ger s\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt mycket! Man m\u00e5r s\u00e5 mycket b\u00e4ttre. Och jag vet vad jag pratar om \ud83d\ude09 Jag har g\u00e5tt ner 32 kg p\u00e5 ett \u00e5r och tagit mig ur en djup depression med hj\u00e4lp av tr\u00e4ningen, viljan, k\u00e4rlek och fina v\u00e4nner! (nu \u00e4r jag bipol\u00e4r s\u00e5 det kanske kommer tillbaka, det d\u00e4r m\u00f6rka. Men nu kan jag landa mjukare f\u00f6r jag \u00e4r full av knep och kunskap s\u00e5 jag kommer inte falla fritt utan jag kan ta mig upp igen snabbare! )<\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r de de sista 7-10 kg som ska br\u00e4nnas bort \ud83d\ude09 Det kommer att g\u00e5 det vet jag!<\/p>\n<p>Vill ni ha tips p\u00e5 hur man g\u00e5r ner i vikt och m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre!???
