Andra risker i studien var viktuppg\u00e5ng och dia\u00adbetes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Stressreaktioner i kroppen leder till detta. Sover man f\u00f6r lite minskar m\u00e4ttnadshormonerna samtidigt som de aptitstimulerande \u00f6kar.
