Julafton varje lyder det samma mening. <em>&#8221;N\u00e4sta \u00e5r ska jag inte se ut s\u00e5h\u00e4r, n\u00e4sta \u00e5r sitter jag smal och fin. Det \u00e4r dags nu&#8221;.<\/em> S\u00e4ger jag, jojobantaren numero uno! Det brukar g\u00e5 bra n\u00e5gon eller t.o.m flera veckor. Men s\u00e5 blir matbeg\u00e4ret f\u00f6r stort. Man k\u00f6r fram och tillbaka olika metoder hit och dit varje \u00e5r. Men sitter varje j\u00e4kla \u00e5r sitter jag d\u00e4r, st\u00f6rre och st\u00f6rre. MEN s\u00e5 2012, d\u00e5 fattade jag ett beslut. Efter ny\u00e5r g\u00f6r jag det, jag liksom bara best\u00e4mde mig (precis som min syster gjorde.) Sagt och gjort, VLCD-dieten var ig\u00e5ng 6:e januari \u00a0och d\u00e5 b\u00f6rjade mitt nya liv, den l\u00e5nga resan.<\/p>\n<p>Det har varit en kamp, en kamp att inte f\u00e5 \u00e4ta. (VLCD = very low calorie diet = flytande f\u00f6da = Nutrilett) Men best\u00e4md som jag var och med m\u00e5let i sikte suddades beg\u00e4ret snabbt bort. Jag hade ju best\u00e4mt mig? Det r\u00f6r\/r\u00f6rde inte mig i ryggen att andra \u00e5t. Jag \u00e4r inne i mina egna bubbla. P\u00e5skafton \u00e5t jag min f\u00f6rsta m\u00e5ltid. Sedan dess har jag \u00e4tit vid speciella tillf\u00e4llen (v\u00e4ldigt s\u00e4llan) och i ungef\u00e4r Juni m\u00e5nad b\u00f6rjade jag \u00e4ta bars och en kv\u00e4llsm\u00e5ltid i veckan. Numera brukar det bli tv\u00e5. \ud83d\ude42 Ni f\u00f6rst\u00e5r inte lyckan jag har n\u00e4r jag f\u00e5r \u00e4ta n\u00e5got! Jag kan s\u00e4ga s\u00e5 h\u00e4r&#8230; jag v\u00e4ljer varsamt och n\u00e5got jag vet \u00e4r en favorit! \ud83d\ude09 (S\u00e5klart \u00e4r den h\u00e4lsosam) Jag \u00e5t min f\u00f6rsta pizza den 27 juli. Den levererade om man s\u00e4ger s\u00e5&#8230;. Nu 9 m\u00e5nader och 6 dagar senare visar v\u00e5gen -37 kilo. Vilken kamp och vilken resa.
