Det var l\u00e4nge sen jag hade s\u00e5n energi och styrka. K\u00f6rde genom hela kroppen och kommer antagligen inte kunna r\u00f6ra mig imorgon.. Men jag ska inte l\u00e5ta ledsen f\u00f6r det, f\u00f6r det finns ju faktiskt ingen b\u00e4ttre k\u00e4nsla!<\/p>\n<p>Jag k\u00f6r styrketr\u00e4ning rent <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">f\u00f6r<\/span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">s\u00e4llan<\/span> -\u00e4r s\u00e5 j\u00e4kla ink\u00f6rd och besatt av att springa.. M\u00e5ste f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka sl\u00e4nga in lite mer styrka fram\u00f6ver.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lite av det jag k\u00f6rde:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n-Biceps, 10kg p\u00e5 var hantel.<br \/>\n-Axelpress, 10kg p\u00e5 var hantel.<br \/>\n-Br\u00f6stpress, 9kg p\u00e5 var hantel.<br \/>\n-Squat, 20kg.<br \/>\n+ n\u00e5gra jag inte kommer ih\u00e5g vikten p\u00e5<br \/>\n+ flera mag\u00f6vningar, de flesta med egen vikt.<\/p>\n<p>Har nyss sl\u00e4ngt i mig min proteinshake (One Whey, strawberry\/white chocolate) och nu ska jag mysa ner mig i soffan med sambo &amp; kise (+ <strong>coca<\/strong> <strong>cola<\/strong> <strong>zero<\/strong>). <em>Mmmm<\/em>&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blev ett efterl\u00e4ngtat kv\u00e4llspass idag och ett riktigt bra s\u00e5dant -riktigt bra tryck genom hela.
