Ville inte springa hela tiden, d\u00e5 kroppen k\u00e4nns tung samt att det kr\u00e4vs lite intervaller och andra hastigheter\/l\u00e4ngder ibland f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra konditionen, variation is the shit..<\/p>\n<p>Dagens smoothie: 1,5dl filmj\u00f6lk, 1dl mj\u00f6lk, halv banan, n\u00e4ve bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och 30gram chokladproteinpulver och n\u00e5gra isbitar..
